Streamsong Resort sits in the middle of nowhere central Florida on reclaimed phosphate mining land and somehow that is exactly what makes it special. After doing the research we are going and we wanted to give you everything you need to know before we do.
THE COURSES
Multiple Top 30 Courses On One Resort
Streamsong Red (Official Streamsong Website)
Three courses. Three of the greatest architects in modern golf. All in the same place.
Streamsong Red is a Coore and Crenshaw design ranked number 20 on Golf Digest's 2025/26 America's 100 Greatest Public Courses. The consensus best course on the property and one of the best in the state of Florida. Links style layout with sand dunes reaching 75 feet into the air built from the old phosphate mine. Nothing in Florida looks like it.
Streamsong Blue is a Tom Doak design ranked number 26 on the same list. Starts dramatically with the back tee on the first hole sitting atop a 75 foot sand dune. Bolder greens, more water carries, and the kind of routing that makes you want to play it twice.
Streamsong Black is a Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner design and the wildcard of the three. The greens are the largest in America. One reviewer called it the most fun of the three courses. Go in with the mindset of having a great time rather than posting a number and you will not be disappointed.
Bandon Dunes is the only other place in America where you can check off three courses of this caliber in a single trip.

Day guest rates for all three courses:
Peak season January 15 through April 30: $425
Shoulder season May 1 through May 22: $315
Late spring May 23 through June 25: $220
Summer June 26 through September 14: $200
Early fall September 15 through September 30: $315
Fall October 1 through December 14: $425
Resort guest rates run $50 less per round across all seasons. The summer window is the sweet spot. $200 for the 20th best public course in America is genuinely hard to argue with.
WHERE TO STAY
Stay On the Property There’s Nothing Else Nearby
Streamsong has a modern lodge, Red and Blue clubhouse rooms, golf cabins, and a Bunker Experience unlike anything else at a golf resort. There is nothing within an hour of the property so staying on site is the move. The whole place is built for golfers with no distractions and no reason to leave.

A Fifth Course is Coming Soon…
Bone Valley (Official Streamsong Website)
Streamsong just announced Bone Valley, a David McLay Kidd design opening later this year. Kidd designed the original Bandon Dunes course. When it opens Streamsong will be the only resort in the world with original designs from all four of modern golf architecture's greatest names in Coore and Crenshaw, Tom Doak, Gil Hanse, and David McLay Kidd all in one place. Get there before everyone else figures that out.
